CONNIE'S PLACE accepts gently worn designer and very good quality clothing and furs. Clothing must be up-to-date, cleaned and pressed. There is a one-time registration fee of $5.00. Clothing is priced according to what traffic will bear; price is split 50/50. If item does not sell in one month (30 days), we reduce clothing by 20% . After 60 days, if it is not sold or picked up by the client, clothing becomes the property of the store and is disposed of by management. CONNIE'S PLACE is responsible for the clothing for the first 30 days. If it is left the second month, at one-half price, it is left at the client's own risk. Not responsible for any loss due to fire.
