Prosecutor: Extradition to Michigan sought for 80-year-old jewel thief
An 80-year-old serial shoplifter recently convicted in San Diego of stealing an $8,900 ring from the Macy’s store in Mission Valley is wanted in the state of Michigan for a retail theft dating back to 1998.
