I’ve heard suggestions to put baking soda in the laundry or vinegar in the rinse to deal with hard water. Isn’t hard water too basic so wouldn’t vinegar counteract it? Why does baking soda also work? Is Calgon the same as baking soda essentially?

I am doing exercises ,having diet and use low calories Sugar ,but the only thing I do wrong that I drink soda but it is low calories soda . Can that low calories soda cause losing all of my hard working to lose weight? Or it is okay
Why does regular juice or soda and hard liquor like vodka kill my stomach?

so bad?? I discovered if I drink a diet soda or sugarfree juice with hard liquor I don’t encounter this. What causes this???
