I’m overweight and just started jogging which is incredibly hard and painful for me. I don’t want to completely stop drinking soda.
Are there any joggers and people out there who workout that are still able to drink soda and maintain a healthy lifestyle?

My brother gets mad when I tell him that soda gives me a headache, because he thinks I’m trying too hard to be healthy or something by avoiding it. Seriously, though, even a few sips makes me lightheaded. Does this happen with anyone else?
