Anybody knows about Paul & Shark?

Is it a luxury brand as famous as Giorgio Armani in the metropolises of US and in the EU?
And what about Huge Boss and Ermenegildo Zegna?
to SJ2009: but why paul&shark has a price as near as Armani?
And can you suggest a brand that is popular among tasteful people? I know Armani is wonderful but I don’t like its style — too stereotyped.
