The company’s CEO is visiting the shop tomorrow – what shall I say,do or ask to make me stand out ?

The current CEO of Ermenegildo Zegna, Gildo Zegna is visiting the shop where I am working tomorrow. He is visiting with his wife and two sons – what shall I do to impress him? What kind of small talk should I say?

FYI, I graduated from uni last year and just joined the company for less than a year. I am using my current position working in retail as a stepping stone to get the buyer position which my boss said will take me 3 to 4 years time.

Perhaps all of you professionals out there can give me some tips.
