I have been terminated by my company citing non performance.i had joined in Feb 2008 and my probation was exte?

extended twice by the company.Now they have issued termination letter stating on the basis of UAE Labor Law 1980 Article No – 120 (b) my services will be discontinued.Plz let me know the compensation i should be given by company.
