Where can a buy a moncler coat in Milan, or even online?

I saw moncler coats on everyone in Milan but never found a shop that sold them! Came home and searched the web but google was no help. Does anyone have any advice!

Best Brand for a coat?

Iam gonna buy a new coat but i dont know which brand is the best for quality coats other than Barbour ( i might get one from napapijri comments)
