this person is harrassing the manager and other tanants and the police have been called and they seem to have thier hands tied in this matter. is there any thing legal i am missing that can be done?

Well tom cruise is about 5′7 and kelly is 5′10. Yet tom cruise was taller then her in the movie. Well he was probably wearing lifts but why did he wear lifts in the movie? It’s not like if you are short you can’t be an aviator.
What does this say? (it’s in Italian and i’m told its a death notice)?
