I’m planning my sweet sixteen birthday party and I want it to be memorable. I’m not rich but I do have almost two years to come up with the money. My birthday is in January so that limits my options. Any suggestions?

Ok, im having my sweet sixteen next year& i want it to be alice in wonderland no matter what. im having it at a hall so all the silverware& food is already done. Now how should i decorate the hall? and i cant hang anything on the walls with nails like clocks or mirrors.
