one of the colleges i hope to apply to does not use score choice. Does this mean i have to send in every score i have gotten? do they have a way of telling is i have sent them all or does it work by honor code?

I am doing exercises ,having diet and use low calories Sugar ,but the only thing I do wrong that I drink soda but it is low calories soda . Can that low calories soda cause losing all of my hard working to lose weight? Or it is okay
